What kind of chocolate, nuts, and marshmallows do I need to make Rocky Road Brownies?
I've used both almonds and walnuts in my Rocky Road Brownies, and each are absolutely delicious, but my preference is pecans. Feel free to use your favorite or go all out and use a blend of each!
I love the way milk chocolate creates a little fudgy goodness within the brownie. Again, feel free to use your favorite!
I find mini marshmallows work best for this recipe.
